Branding

Brand Strategy, Brand Equity, Brand Awareness, Brand Strength, Brand This, Brand That…

Marketing firms sure love that fancy terminology.
Here at the Factory? Not so much. In our world, it’s all tied together: You can’t have brand equity without a strategy nor can you have brand strength without awareness. To us, the process of creating or enhancing a brand is a matter of going through the same due diligence we apply to every project. Ask a lot of questions, “listen”, do your homework and deliver a result that goes beyond expectations.

Here at the Factory? Not so much. In our world, it’s all tied together: You can’t have brand equity without a strategy nor can you have brand strength without awareness. Starting from scratch?
Whether it’s a new business, product or service, the process of branding is the same, and it starts with learning. Learning about you, your competitive landscape and your challenges.

We spend a lot of time simply listening to you and your staff, because that’s our most important source of intel. Then we turn our attention to your competition and learn anew. All of this learning eventually becomes a strategy.

The entire process is collaborative and we work closely with our clients to ensure they have a solution that they are both happy with and believe in. Because if you don’t believe in your brand, why should anyone else?

Rebranding?
It’s never too late to give a brand a make-over. The hard truth is that perception is reality in marketing (we’d all be out of business if that wasn’t true). Brands depreciate over time if you don’t dust them off and clean them up. Watch a television show from just 5 years ago and you can see depreciation in action.
